Our foundation: Kushview reTuner
Spiritual Tuner is a modified work based in part on the open-source reTuner project by Kushview, licensed under GPL-3.0-or-later. We acknowledge that foundation clearly and retain the original contributors’ rights and notices.
What we developed beyond the foundation
The original project was not merely rebranded. Spiritual Tuner has a substantially redesigned Ethereal interface, a dedicated ten-preset Solfeggio tuning workflow, fine frequency controls, stereo metering and analysis, and a reworked R3 Finer real-time integration with FIFO/latency optimizations. We also developed the separate cloud activation workflow and Windows installer.
The result is a distinct product
The Ethereal interface, precision controls, Solfeggio workflow and optimized real-time processing path make Spiritual Tuner a distinct product built from the reTuner foundation. The underlying Rubber Band R3 Finer algorithm remains credited to its authors in the components section.

Open-source rights and corresponding source
Where GPL applies, recipients have rights to study, modify and redistribute the covered software, including modified versions, under its license terms. Selling an official build does not remove those rights. Complete corresponding source and build information for the exact release must be provided through a compliant delivery method. The download location will be published here before commercial launch.
